Amy Michalenka

Prior to joining Goldstein & Associates, Amy spent more than 30 years working in both in-industry accounting as well as public accounting including taxation. Amy’s in-industry accounting experience covers a variety of industries including, publishing, wholesale, retail, manufacturing, and professional services.

Specializing in the unique challenges faced by small and virtual-based businesses regarding accounting issues including evaluation and implementation of internal controls and accounting procedures, GAAP compliance, selection of accounting software needs, budgeting and forecasting, short and long-term strategic and financial planning, and general business and HR consulting.

Amy’s Public Accounting experience has focused on assisting individual clients, trusts, businesses, and nonprofits with accounting and taxation needs. Whether it’s QuickBooks transactions, tax planning, and state and federal tax filings and concerns, she love addressing our clients unique situations in order to address their accounting and tax concerns and issues.
