Winnie Starr

Winnie joined Goldstein & Associates in February 2022. Prior to joining, she worked for another CPA firm for three years, where she gains valuable knowledge in public accounting and develops client relationship skills. Winnie also worked for a Fortune 200 retailer for over 26 years holding various positions in their corporate finance department, including 18 years working in Corporate Tax.

Winnie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, at the University of Washington in Seattle. She earned her Master’s in Taxation at Golden Gate University and obtained her CPA license in May of 2022.

Winnie has lived in the Seattle area for over 30 years. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, volunteering for Habitat for Humanity and Seattle Animal Shelter. She also self-manages her rental property in the City of Seattle.
